Gene and Denise Carswell head this ministry, assisted by David Scott. Gene Carswell and David Scott are both licensed ministers.

There is a serious need to reach out to the incarcerated. This dedicated team passionately reaches out to these men and women with the hope of the Gospel.

Through this ministry we have witnessed lives changed by the saving grace and mercy of God. There have been so many people delivered from drugs, alcohol, and other addictions simply by putting their total trust in Him. We are so grateful that God has allowed us to be used to help others on a weekly basis in their time of need.
